The Space

– This one bedroom apartment is spread over 103 sqm, has capacity for 2 people, and is located on the 10th floor of Central Park Tower in DIFC.
– The living room is elegantly furnished with an L-shaped white sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a Smart TV with Netflix, as well as multiple decor accents.
– Next to the living room is a cozy dining area with a table and four grey chairs, nested in front of a large mirror.
– The room is well-lit, thanks to large glass windows.
– The kitchen boasts wooden cabinets and black countertops, and has equipment like dishwasher, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, and a stove. Cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses, and trash cans are also available.
– The bedroom has a beautiful white king-size bed, nightstands with lamps, a desk with a chair and a mirror, as well as a patterned wall and a painting.
– The ensuite bathroom includes a bathtub with a curtain glass, a toilet, and a washbasin with a mirror.
– A second bathroom for guests with a toilet and a washbasin is also available.
– Toiletries like conditioner, shampoo, hair dryer, hot water, towels, soap, and toilet paper are all provided.
– The apartment is equipped with safety equipment like carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, and first aid kit.
– A drying rack, hangers, iron, a safe, and a washing machine are also available.

Guest Access
Central Park Towers is a mixed-use complex of two towers, located in the DIFC area in Dubai. Close to the southern entrance of the community, Central Park Towers is designed by Hopkins Architects Ltd. and jointly built by Dubai Properties Group and Deyaar Development.
The residential building is fitted with excellent amenities, such as two swimming pools and a world-class gymnasium, BBQ area on the rooftop, steam room and sauna, cycling and jogging track, squash court, children’s play area, as well as retail amenities. The towers are also equipped with high-speed elevators, CCTV in common areas, parkings, and security round the clock.
The buildings are within a walking distance to Downtown Dubai
and a 5-minute drive to Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai International Airport is only 25 minutes away from Central Park Towers.
Central Park Towers is well-connected to the infrastructure of Dubai, with road links from Sheikh Zayed Road, Financial Centre Road and Al Khail Road, which makes it easier for residents to travel to other places.
– BUS STATIONS NEAR CENTRAL PARK TOWERS
Residents can board a bus from DAMAC Park Tower Bus Station, which is a 5-minute drive from Central Park Towers. Za’abeel Bus Station is also nearby and can be reached in 6 minutes. Other nearby bus stations are Business Bay Bus Station and Wasl, Etisalat Bus Station, which are 10 and 8 minutes away, respectively.
– METRO STATIONS NEAR CENTRAL PARK TOWERS
The Financial Centre Metro Station is at a walking distance from Central Park Towers. Other nearby stations are Emirates Towers Metro Station, which is 5 minutes away and World Trade Centre Metro Station, a drive of 8 minutes.
– TRAM STATIONS NEAR CENTRAL PARK TOWERS
The nearest tram station is Tram Depot Dubai and can be reached by a drive of 18 minutes. Other nearby tram stations are Al Sufouh Tram Station, 20 minutes away and Media City Tram Station, which is 21 minutes away from the complex.
