FAQ

How do I join the Bingo Voyage loyalty program?

Membership is automatic, and there is no cost. As soon as you register a real-money account at Bingo Voyage Bonuses, you are included. There’s no extra sign-up. You start earning Loyalty Points on your first qualifying stake, beginning your journey in the Cabin Class tier.

Is there an expiration on my Loyalty Points?

They can, but the policy is clear. Your points balance will only expire if your account is entirely idle for a full year. That means no logins, no deposits, no gameplay. We send email reminders at the 6-month, 9-month, and 11-month intervals to provide you with every opportunity to return and spend your points.

Is it possible to drop a tier if my play slows down?

Yes, you can be moved down a tier. To keep your current tier, you need to earn a required number of Loyalty Points over a rolling six-month window. If you do not hit that target, you will be lowered by one level. All your unredeemed points stay with you, and you can move back up whenever your activity picks up.

What is the most effective method to earn Loyalty Points quickly?

Concentrate on slot games. They provide the fastest earning rate at $10 CAD wagered for 1 LP. Regularly checking and completing the “Bonus Missions” in your Loyalty Lounge for large point bonuses. Continue your login streak, and take part in every special event promotion sent to your email or shown in the Loyalty Lounge.

Do loyalty rewards considered taxable income in Canada?

We advise you consult a Canadian tax professional for counsel that fits your situation. Generally, the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) may view casino winnings, including the cash value of redeemed rewards, as taxable income if you are classified a professional gambler. For recreational players, the rules are different, so getting expert guidance is a wise move.

How can I redeem my points for a physical prize?

Visit the “Luxury Goods” or “Experiences” section of the Rewards Bazaar in your Loyalty Lounge. Choose the item you want and choose “Redeem.” Your account manager or someone from our loyalty support team will then email you within two days to confirm your shipping details and provide you with an estimated delivery timeline for your prize.

The loyalty rewards system at Bingo Voyage is more than a points counter. It’s a core part of the journey for our Canadian players. From the clear, multi-layered way you earn points to the luxurious tiered rewards and member-only promotions, every piece is built to make your journey more rewarding and appreciate your time with us. Access your account, open the Loyalty Lounge, and discover how your next game can add to a more rewarding adventure. Your voyage to great rewards starts now.

Exploring the Rewards: Collecting and Spending Loyalty Points

Collecting Loyalty Points (LPs) at Bingo Voyage is easy. The main engine is real-money wagering. For every $10 CAD you wager on slots, you earn 1 LP. Table games and live dealer options earn at a rate of $20 CAD wagered for 1 LP, which accounts for their different house edges. Then there are the “Bonus Missions.” These weekly or monthly challenges offer big point payouts. A mission might be “Land 5 Scatter Symbols in ‘Thunderbird Warrior’ for 500 LPs” or “Play 10 hands of Blackjack for 200 LPs.” Redeeming your points is just as easy. You use them as currency in our Rewards Bazaar, an online catalogue we update constantly.

Your Rewards Shop: Your Points Marketplace

The Rewards Bazaar is organized into clear sections. The “Instant Gratification” aisle has reload bonuses (like 100 LPs for a 50% match bonus up to $50) and packs of free spins. Higher-tier players can access the “Luxury Goods” section, which features physical items. Think electronics, designer accessories, or gift cards to high-end Canadian retailers. Our top-tier members can browse the “Experiences” category for things like concert ticket packages or vouchers for fine dining. We also run a “Charity Corner.” Here, you can convert your points into a cash donation, made in your name, to a selected Canadian charity. It adds a feel-good option to your reward choices.

The Compass of Our Loyalty Program: Key Principles

Three simple ideas guide our loyalty program: clarity, abundance, and keeping things fresh. We do not obscure the rules or offer rewards you can never attain. Each term, point value, and redemption path is displayed clearly in your account dashboard. You’ll always know where you stand and what you’re working toward. Our generosity appears in the sheer number of ways to collect. We compensate more than just deposits; we award points for gameplay, for logging in, for participating in special events. And to maintain your interest, we update our reward catalogue every month and introduce limited-time bonus challenges. These principles turn the system a living benefit, not a static perk. We heed feedback from our Canadian players and adjust the offerings so they stay relevant and appealing in a busy market.

Clarity in Every Transaction

Reliability starts with clarity. Inside your Bingo Voyage profile, you get a real-time tracker for your loyalty points. You can see a detailed ledger of every point earned and spent, plus a clear list of the benefits for your current tier. We never impose surprise point expiries on you without plenty of warning. Once we offer a reward publicly, we won’t take it back. You’ll get automatic alerts when you’re close to moving up a tier or when a point-boost event is about to start. This open-book approach enables you to plan your play, schedule your redemptions, and enjoy the platform with full confidence. The rewards you observe are the rewards you receive.

Generosity That Reaches Beyond Wagering

Betting points are the foundation, but our generosity goes wider. We distribute “Login Streak Bonuses” for visiting the site day after day. You can accumulate “Activity Points” for trying a new game release. Jump into a themed bingo room or tournament, and you’ll receive “Event Participation Points.” This design signifies that even on a day when luck does not favor you, your consistent presence and curiosity are still contributing to something real. It’s a comprehensive model that recognizes loyalty in the full sense, acknowledging all the different ways you engage with our casino.

Seamless Experience: Assistance and Program Administration

Even the best system needs good support. Our dedicated Loyalty Program support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email. They handle questions about points, tiers, and reward redemptions. They can clarify point calculations, help you pick and receive a reward, and rectify any rare discrepancies. You have freedom in how you participate. You can opt to opt-out of promotional emails while still earning points. Your points balance is protected; it only expires if your account is completely dormant for 12 months in a row. We send multiple warnings before any expiration happens, at the 6-month, 9-month, and 11-month marks. That provides you plenty of time to come back and use the rewards you’ve earned.

Mapping Your Journey: The Leveled Loyalty Structure

Consider our loyalty system as a four-level voyage. Each tier is titled after a class of ship: Cabin Class, First-Class Deck, Captain’s Quarters, and the elite Admiral’s Suite. Every new Canadian player starts in Cabin Class, with a baseline points-earning rate and some introductory rewards. As you gather points through play, you ascend to higher tiers, each one unlocking a bigger set of benefits. The progression seems steady and motivating. Transitioning from Cabin Class to First-Class Deck is quite straightforward, offering you an early win that shows what the program can do. The real luxury, though, lies in the Captain’s Quarters and Admiral’s Suite. Here, the rewards change shape, transitioning from standard bonuses to personalized luxury treats.

Advantages of the Upper Decks: Captain’s Quarters & Admiral’s Suite

When you hit the Captain’s Quarters tier, you’ve turned into a respected veteran. Benefits here become more personal. You get a dedicated account manager. Your birthday and anniversary bonuses are tailored to the games you prefer. Your cashback on losses includes a much higher percentage than the lower tiers give. The peak is the Admiral’s Suite, an invitation-only level for our most loyal players. Admirals get every prior benefit, just boosted a few notches. They also enjoy exceptional perks like shipments of luxury gifts, access to exclusive events (both online and in-person), and custom bonuses built around their favorite games.

A Glimpse into an Admiral’s Reward

What does that exclusivity resemble in practice? Envision an Admiral’s Suite member obtaining a customized “Game Night Package” for a major sports finals weekend. It might include a sizable non-deposit bonus credit for our live dealer tables, a special bundle of free spins on premium slots, and a gift card for gourmet food delivery to enjoy during the game. Another example is the “Player’s Choice Bonus.” An account manager reaches out to the Admiral and asks what kind of bonus they’d like for the coming month, letting them help design their own reward. This tailor-made treatment is what differentiates our top tier apart from the typical casino loyalty programs.

Setting Sail on a Fulfilling Journey

Bingo Voyage considers your time at the casino deserves recognition. Every spin, every bingo card, every roll of the dice needs to progress you. That’s the idea behind our loyalty rewards system, designed especially for players in Canada. We see the time you spend with us as valuable, and we go out of our way to rewarding your loyalty. This isn’t a generic points program you forget about. It’s integrated into the fabric of your play. From your first deposit, you’re on a voyage where everything you do adds up. We built a tiered structure that’s both reachable and thrilling, so whether you gamble occasionally on weekends or you’re here every night, you’ll find something rewarding. Consider it our way of saying thanks, transforming your regular gameplay into something more—an adventure that piles on extra value, special perks, and the feeling that you’re part of the crew.

Special Voyages: Exclusive Promotions for Loyal Members

The standard point system is just one part of the story. Our loyalty program also unlocks access to our most coveted promotions. You won’t find these advertised on the main promotions page. They come directly to your email or appear in the private “Loyalty Lounge” in your account. These include “Double Point Days” for specific types of games, “Tier-Climb Challenges” that award extra points for reaching a new tier within a set time, and “Invitational Tournaments” with prize pools funded entirely by the casino. For our Canadian players, we often organize promotions tied to national events. During the NHL playoffs or around Canadian Thanksgiving, you might earn bonus points for playing themed slots or gaming during certain hours. It fosters a sense of community and shared fun.

Your Loyalty Lounge: Your Member-Only Hub

The Loyalty Lounge is the central hub for our rewards program. This secure portal inside your account brings everything together. Here, you can track your tier progress on a visual progress bar, examine your personalized bonus offers, and choose invitations to exclusive promotions. You can peruse the full Rewards Bazaar, filtered to show only what’s available for your current tier. The Lounge also contains the complete history of every point transaction you’ve ever made, giving you total transparency. We built it for ease of use, so managing and enjoying your rewards is as simple as playing the games.
