The Space

– This one bedroom apartment is spread over 85 sqm, is located on the 34th floor of The Residences Tower 1 in Downtown Dubai, and has capacity for 2 people.
– The living room features a large dark green sofa, a beige armchair, a TV, a coffee table, a rug, as well as wall paintings and plant.
– The dining room is located in the open space, it includes a large dining table and six chairs.
– The room is well-lit, and the glass doors allow access to a balcony, furnished with a table and two chairs.
– A welcome counter with a mirror is also available at the entrance of the apartment.
– The kitchen at the apartment is neatly organized and boasts spacious wooden cabinets. It includes equipment like dishwasher, hot water kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator, and stove, as well as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, wine glasses and trash cans.
